2. Client Responsibilities & Liability
Pre-Existing Damage: Autosthetics is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, including but not limited to degraded paint, clear coat failure, loose trim pieces, or electrical quirks. We perform a pre-work inspection on all vehicles.Aftercare Compliance: Clients agree to follow all provided aftercare instructions (e.g., not rolling down windows for a designated period after tint application). Autosthetics is not responsible for damage resulting from a failure to follow care guidelines.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
